How to switch channels on Lincoln???

I just got a new pres. Lincoln and have some questions.



If im on say 27.325.0 and have the _ under the 2( 27.3<span style="text-decoration:underline">2</span>5.0) and hit the channel UP shouldnt it go to 27.335.0??? When I do it goes to 27.330.0? Am I doing something wrong??? It wont hold a 5kz in the 5th digit?



Also is there a way to scan all the bands??????



And where can I find a chan. Chart for this radio?????
