ICOM SM-30 Desktop Microphone

Hey everyone.....

Been looking at ICOM SM-30 Desktop Microphones and just wondering if anyone has one and used them and how it works for ya!
Going to use it on my Optima MK3 that is set up as a base, so would this be wired correctly to use......
they say the Optima is wire like the ICOM radios.
If there is another compatible desk mic I can use that is a good one, which one would it be?

I like the MIC and it does work on the Optima. I do pick up alot of backround noise so if you are in a room with others a tv dogs barking it will pick it up. I am back to using the stock mic now olny because it is on my Icom ID880H radio. I had to buy the adapter fot the icom but it works great. All in All a great Mic.
