I've been working on restoring a Johnson Messenger 223 I purchased on ebay. The synthesizer board contains two diodes in the receiver section, d102 and d103, that are completely open. They're 1n881 diodes, an obsolete component that I cant find a modern equivalent for. I found a datasheet that gave the operating specs of 200 volts at .5 amps. Are there any modern silicon diodes that come close to this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
