see my message below...i've deleted the link i posted because obviously the web schlunkies at the Federal Register can't write code that can be cut and pasted.


In any event, the new rule regarding no-code licensing will take effect 230501ZFEB07.

in the search field, type "Amateur" (no quotes)

choose the .pdf that comes up with a score of 1000.

jeez....someone really ought to teach those fools how to write a page.
