I laughed at the part that said our license plates up here are chipped and that farmers in Quebec MUST have all animals chipped and can not kill more than two head of cattle per year for their own use.BS. I know some people near Levis, Quebec and that is pure male bovine excrement. Ditto for the vehicle license plates here.We keep our plates for LIFE or until they are damaged too much to be read. My plates are 20 years old. No chips in them.
Seems to be dead on the radio lately. I don't know if the conditions are horrible, or more likely my weak antennas. I may head up in the mountains on Wednesday and see if reception / transmission is improved.
