Mic interference problems

I decided to try to hook up a really nice condenser mic with the three pin output to my radio using a mixer to power the microphone because it needs power to operate.

When I transmit, and the microphone is plugged in, I get all of this interference, and can't hear anything except this buzzing and stuff.

Is there any way to prevent the mic interfering with my mixer, so I can operate on the air with the mic?

I was transmitting on 5,10, and 50 watts, and getting much interference on all with a 2 meter mobile rig if that helps.

You can't run the line output of the mixer directly into the radio. There is an impedance mismatch which is probably causing the problem. You need something like the W2IHY iBox to transform the line audio into usable mic audio.
