Lol, I sent that pic to a local. At first, he thought it was a big ass 11 meter quad.
Now all you have to do is hit the antenna with TEN KiloWatts. I wager the electromagnetic forces would generate a steady breeze from the director end!
Trying to get a dude to come off a 160 watt Amp. Been looking at a 80 watt 2 meter rig. I'm selling my 857 and 991. All that leaves me is my old school IC-228, which is 25 watts.

I have it vertical for now. There's a group of guys that my friend talks to each night on simplex. I can hear him, but none of the others. I can only hear a little static, but I'm confident I'll be able to work them.
The way this will be tripod mounted on my house, I'll have easy access to it from a ladder on my bathroom roof. Should only take 30 minutes to swap it out to horizontal, or erect a different antenna. I've also thought about making a plate that will allow me to switch back and forth H/V. Seen a YouTube video where a dude did that with his quad.
My grid is EM89
