Anyone familiar with this?

I heard it last night, but I don't know where I heard it from.
Might have been Milwaukee, WI.

Lots of stations from many areas of the country.

It was on a Milwaukee repeater, 145.130 - 127.3pl.

It seems to be on other repeaters also.

When I tried to find it, I couldn't find anything that matched
the Hand Shakers Net?

Do a search for 'IRLP' and nets. Or, 'Voip' and nets. There are a gob of such nets.
