i just got me a HR2510 and it wont power up i testing the PS caps and one of them is a short it seems bad what is the best shop to send these to ? for repairs ? i live in Deep East Texas not far from Livingstone Texas could use some help here i love these radios and this one seems clear just needs to be recapped
