Hello all.
I just got a BC296D digital scanner. I am usually very good at all this technical stuff, I can even program a VCR. What I cannot do is figure out this whole TRUNKING deal. What is up with this???
Could they make it more complicated?? :x
I also have a R-S PRO-2051 (non-digital) trunking unit that I never even bothered to attempt programming with trunking.
I have the Bearcat programming software, along with the Police Call CD which is finding all the freqs I want. How the hell do I get them from the Police Call program to to the scanner program?
I have exported, saved, copied, pasted all night. I feel like a fool but I cannot get it. :x
I did get the truning info in the scanner but no freqs are listed so the channels stay locked out. Do I need to reference a freq to every channel?
Any help or links you can provide would be most appreciated.
