They are probably ok for repairs or basic tune ups. I've had my hands on one of his comp cobra 29s and it's a filthy turd. It will deadkey 12 watts and swing 45 to 50 pep but it's super dirty. Loud as hell but a real pig. My amplifiers didn't like it at all. I didn't see much more power out of the amps but the harmonics made the output transformers talk and I bled on my stereo. With my usual cobra 29 I don't have any issues at all.
Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
