Ranger 6300 F25

Does anyone have the frequency unlocking procedure for this radio? I had someone give one to me and I am not sure that it is for this radio.
Conversion:
#1- Remove cover from radio.
#2- Move the jumper JP275 to pin's 2 & 3
#3- Right behind JP275 is an empty socket marked J2.
#4- unplug the jumper on J4 and plug it into J2.

I was wondering if J4 was supposed to be J5 instead? I see a J5 with three wires blue, white and black that may be it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
