I have a question regarding filling out a reception report.
For example,say I listened to Radio Japan from
6:30PM to 7:00PM PST time on 9 Dec.
You are suppose to put UTC times on reports and PST is
-8 hours from UTC time so that would make the time
0230 to 0300 10 Dec.
Although I listened to the broadcast on 9 Dec for report purposes I would use the date of 10 Dec correct????
Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question but I want to
make sure I put on the correct date!!!!
