So, who agrees with this statement?

Karl Marx in 1875

The phrase summarizes the principles that, under a communist system, every person should contribute to society to the best of his ability and consume from society in proportion to his needs, regardless of how much he has contributed...

Although Marx is popularly thought of as the originator of the phrase, the slogan was common to the socialist movement and was first used by Louis Blanc in 1840

Carl Marx, Louis Blanc, Obama, Adolf Hilter.....all come from the same cesspool of political ideology.....

and "NO"....I do not agree with the statement...

Those who pull themselves up by the bootstraps, work hard, and make something of themselves should reap every benefit of their hard work, inventiveness, and investment.
The idle peoples of the world are entitled to nothing they do not contribute to.
The sick and lame should be cared for, since it is not their own doing, but those who posses the ability to contribute, even in the smallest way, should contribute as much as they can for the entitlements they receive.

Well if ya can't post political or religious stuff in the political & religious forums....then I reckon you can post them here...
