Strange Connex 3300 Problem Help Please

I just traded for a Connex 3300 everything seems to work great, but the channels are strange. When the radio is on CH 8 its really on CH 9 and so on Radio is on CH18 its really on CH19.

I have never seen this before, does anyone know how I can repair this?

check the 10kc switch ,sounds like its on .

I looked but dont see a switch like that.
