Stryker 955 mic settings

A question has been bobbing around in my head ever since I received my V2. As most know, there is a setting in the menu so that you can choose between Dynamic and Electret mics. My question is; Does anyone know what changes are made in the radio between the two settings?​

Not needed for dynamic.

AHA!! But, on a 4 pin where all the connections are used for switching, where would they supply the power? Would it make the audio wire hot?

Yes. Voltage goes the same wire modulation is.

No change in impedance or frequency response, though?
