This could replace Broadband Over Powerline. Some tree hugger group will find some evil in it though.
This does have potential. Might make for a limited space antenna option for some. I see little use on frequencies below 10 meters.

@ AWP:Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
