Today I was given an antenna...

So given all that has been posted, what would the antenna be good for? Sending digital?

Boom length is 28 inches
Driven Element is 6 1/4 inch
Reflector is 7 3/8 inch
Directors are 5 5/8 inch

I wound up contacting the company that took over Celwave (RFS World) and they sent me the data sheet for the antenna. I attached it here for those interested. I'm guessing by the information they sent I could use it for working Satellites on the 400MHz frequency range? I just need to find an N to PL-259 Adapter.

Those dimensions that you gave have 800-900 MHz written all over them. In order for the antenna to be for 400 MHz the elements would have to be about 13-14 inches long. It is not uncommon for commercial antenna manufacturers to use the same model number for a variety of frequency ranges. The antenna is usually ordered by model number and frequency range. This simply means that the antenna is identical in every respect except size of scale which is what determines freq. range. I suspect a misunderstanding of dimensions when you asked for info.

I'm hoping in the next month or so to be able to purchase an Antenna Analyzer and that should tell me what frequency at least that it might be resonant on.

Not many antenna analyzers will go to 800 MHz. I'm holding my ground on this one given the element lengths you quoted. The most basic of all antenna formulas is 468/F in MHz = length of a halfwave in feet. Therefore 468/860 MHz.= 0.544 feet or 6.5 inches. It's a cellular antenna.
