For 10 and 20 it should be forum frequencies 10 meters: 28.455, 20 meters: 14.322. The forum does not have any pre planned frequencies for 40 / 80 so find an empty spot and have at it.

How about the from top of the hour to the bottom, 80 / 10 metres, then bottom to the top 40 / 20 metres??
