If you blow a 5A fuse, stop rite there,before you regreat it. A 5A is way more than enough for a 2950!
Why? I had a Mirage 2950 EX that did 35 watts PEP on SSB. Wide open it would pop a 5 amp fuse but a 7 ran fine all day long. Now if the radio is pulling 10+ amps then it needs looked at.
