I remember when the Colts first came to Indy and built the Hoosier Dome, I lived in Naptown from '84 til '95. Saw many concerts at MSA over the years, too.

The Dome was actually completed before the Colts moved here. The first NFL game was a preseason Bears/Bills game.
I was there, still have ticket stubs. That game was to "show" the world we could host an NFL size event. I went to work for the Capital Improvement board (owners of stadium/convention center) in 1993 and stayed till 2018. I was there for two years previous working for Electrical contractor during the remodel of the Convention Center.
