After reading the notice, it's obvious that he was warned about his actions before, he has only himself to blame

I see that now. I just saw a YouTube video that was made only a couple days ago about this and I assumed this was more recent.

But it still shows the FCC will still enforce CB and Amateur radio if someone acts up enough.

I seem to notice that has slowed down a little from what it was but I shouldn't open up my big fat stupid mouth because it will come back twice as bad.

Is that the guy that got fined previously, never paid and nothing ever happened? More of the same? I don't see why locals would care. Locally our CB radios have 40 channels plus the free band. Probably reported by some wannabe hams or real hams with nothing better to do.
