• Constitution, Bylaws and board members were approved by unanimous vote.
• Trustee, Tim Tucker / AE6LX will file application for club call sign.
• A D-Star repeater is first club project, to be located at Trustee’s station. Tim is developing detailed plans for this project.
IV. Next Meeting
Communication online will continue, and the next meeting will be scheduled if any Board member requests it
