2527 help????

I bought a DX 2527 2nd hand bout 2 yrs ago, its an EEI turbo tune. My mother has bought me a XF 40012 for Christmas from 1stop, and I need to know if it is possible to get the TT mod outta there. The radio is keying 3 1/2 on 915 at the lowest rf power setting. Can I just turn down the dk inside the radio or do I need to have the TT taken out? Thanks and God bless.

Is The X Force Base Your Getting The XT (2x4) Or The 40012 HD ? If It's The Straight 4 Pill You Can Run That Radio Wide Open Into It And The Amp Will Just Be Cruising Along, Not Breaking A Sweat . I Have A DX 2527 And An X Force HD60012 And It's An Awesome Combination. If Yours Is The 2 Driving 4 , I'd Want The Radio To Key Up At 2 Or Maybe A Bit Less. I'm Not Familiar With What The Turbo Tune Actually Consists Of, But I Know The Deadkey Can Be Adjusted In A DX 2527. Right Know I Can't Recall Off The Top Of My Head What The VR # Is Though . I'm Going To Have The Cover Off Mine When I Go To Replace A Burned Out Meter Light And I'll Post Back Here For You What The VR # Is For AMC . 8ZERO4 . CDX - 804 .
