I want to make a better 450 ohm feed line. The commercially available 450 ohm from DXE and the likes doesn't last long. from constant abrasion with oak and pine trees. Or getting work harden by the constant swaying by the wind.

I came along this formula in a vid. But im very bad at math and converting stuff from metric to std measurement.

I would like to make an 80m diople with 16awg 100% Cu wire, fed with the same but in a 450 ohm. Not 600 ohm.

Lets discuss this....

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
