Inspired over the years by the writings of ARRL staff members in QST magazine, particularly those of the late Lew McCoy, W1ICP, I have had a desire to visit ARRL Headquarters. This desire became a reality when my wife, Sylvia, and I decided to travel east for a camping adventure at Acadia National Park in Maine with a stop along the way at Newington, Connecticut.
