? About ground plane with gama match

On a ground plane antenna where is the recieve point? Is it at the gama or the verticle radiator itself ?

ill go out on a limb and GUESS that it's where the strap goes back to the vertical ? the wolf .64 uses a gamma and its 22 ft tall .. but it has two coils and a top hat which each add electrical length and would be way longer than 23 ft .

If you mean where does the antenna receive the signal then yeah it be the vertical portion.

I didnt know if the antenna recieves the signal at the gama or the vertical radiator. Yes the gama is affixed to the vertical ..

All of that antenna 'receives' signals and all of it radiates signals. There's no 'one' spot or section that does all of it.
