Retiring the Heathkit SB 1000 for the Acom 500 S 160 to and 4 meter 500 watt amp.
Mostly i ran 5 to 700 watts from the heathkit anyway so not much less power, all antenna's can handle 1500 watts legal limit and are resonant worst swr 1 : 1.5.
WIll get used on all bands but 6 and 4 will get a workout.....yes it can do 500 watts digital as well.
Cable included for the FTdx 10 cat version so the amplifier follows band switches
I now replaced all gear and antenna's for new, getting older ( 72 next week) i decided that it was the best option.
Now see if i can outlive that stuff
