An Auction Today

I attended an estate auction today that was billed as a gun auction but along with the guns was a TON of CB radio equipment.

The silent key was a fella that went by Jolly Green Giant in southwest Ohio.
The most Brownings, Trams and amplifiers that I’ve ever seen in one place. There were two floor model amps, one I’d never heard of before that had 8 3-500Z’s in it and the other was a Henry.
I have pictures but can’t figure out how to post them.

please buy all of it.

it will all sell once put in front of the right audience of buyers.

otherwise it will probably get donated, and then junked.

just the tubes in those amps and radios are worth a lot of money.

The pictures are about half of the stuff there. One guy bought most of it. I ended up with an old Browning R27 S23 in good shape and a box of Browning mics.

I bid on the Henry and a couple of the Heathkit SB 220’s but didn’t really want them.

Man look at all those d-104's lined up standing at attention. Geez that's a museum of good stuff right there. I'm curious as to what the other guy gave for what he got.
