Are they in business anywhere these days? I know they were in Youngstown ohio years ago.But their website is old and numbers no longer work.

Solarcon who makes A-99/Imax which is another company sold their CB line yes. Anttron is another company.

well ,they want 85.00 plus ship for a Anttron 99 / solorcons go for 50 plus shipping ,i suppose the question would be is ,is one better then the other ? , and I also read were they claim the A-99 is 9.9 db gain !!! hmmmm

The 9.9 dbi gain is way off the mark.
The true gain of a A-99 is 1.8 dbi gain.
The true gain of a Imax 2000 is 2.9 dbi gain.
3.2 dbi gain w/GPK
