anyone familar with amcomm s225?

is anyone familiar with the amcomm s225 I just picked one up and need to figure out what is wrong with it when I key the mic nothing happens the mic TX light doesn't come one so I am looking for two things the mic wiring diagram and possible what part I should check inside the radio?
