I will be moving into a apartment next month so bye bye antron -99.
What would be my options as far goes a antenna.
Dont know what floor or if there is a deck.

The problem with running any antenna too close to other consumer electronics - either yours or your neighbors - might get you in some trouble with the landlord. You might get complaints! The Hustler Firestick IBA-5 indoor antenna will work great if you can get it outside and mount it to a balcony rail. Watch out for possible complaints - though!

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
