[Updated 2014-03-24 1820 UTC] ARRL Northwestern Division Director Jim Pace, K7CEX, reports Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) volunteers are responding “on a limited basis” in the wake of a weekend mudslide in Snohomish County, Washington. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
