Worked Argentina on 10 watts from the mobile several times.... got to love mother nature.

Last week I talked with a lady from Margarita island, city: Juan griego,
She had a very good signal up this way.
Mayra is also a ham op and I should be getting a card from her shortly.
This was in the 11 meter band.

Last year I was finally able to work the last country in S. America - Guyana. That continent is now complete.

thanks for the reply's. it's a wonder what you can do barefoot with a well aligned radio when mother nature opens up. i am totally enjoying the erratic dx conditions at this time, you just never know what is going to come in these days.

the contact in argentina was ecstatic himself about working Missouri, he said he had worked all of the southern usa states but never further in to the central usa.
