ARRL Headquarters will be closed Thursday, November 28, and Friday, November 29, for the Thanksgiving holiday. There will be no editions of The ARRL Letter or ARRL Audio News on November 28. Both will resume December 5. There will be no W1AW bulletin or code practice transmissions on November 28 and 29. ARRL Headquarters will reopen Monday, December 2, at 8 AM EST.     Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
