is it possible to install a workman 5 tone junk roger beep board in a d104? will it work on 9v ? how about on keyup? unkey? would it need to be manually engaged ?

not enough room ,and those boards need 12 volt ,not 9.i think it would overpower the amp in the d104 too.those things are known for screaming thru the speaker in radios they are installed in .

imho you be further ahead to just buy the galaxy desk mike with rodger beep
and echeo built in.then use adapoters and use it on any radio

He's wanting multiple beeps and the Galaxy mic will only provide one.
Best accessory beep box is the Astatic MobileMax. They are on paybay every week. I have one and it provides choice of 8 different beeps or a 9th setting of playing through each different beep with every key. And it has echo and a mic amp so it can be used stock hand mic if that's all ya got.
