Astatic Road Devil feedback on 2970

I wired up the Road Devil to the 2970 with the same wiring config as my 575M6 and all i get is feedback at anything higher than say a 3 on the slider. I have no problems with the 575M6 mobile on the 2970 only the Road Devil !



Any ideas ? is the mic wiring the same? Im sure it worked before when i used it some time ago.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
