Avatar Option?

I've looked and looked and looked. I've gone through the FAQ twice - can anyone tell me where in the world is the Avatar Option?

Can't remember if non premium members have the option to change and or make avatars but if they do it's in your user control panel under Settings & Options/edit avatar.

Thanks for the response - I just checked premium member features and their it was.
