I see it all the time. There’s a radio shop not to terribly far from here, they put koolaid like that in almost every radio they touch.

I remove koolaid. What gets me the most about that, every LED light I order comes with leads long enough to install directly into the board. No need to do such crappy work so I don’t know why they do it.
