Best C.B antenna for under $150?

Home brew a 3 Element Yagi or a 2 element Delta loop or Quad.
Both have about the same gain, and are light weight and easy to turn with a small rotor.

if you already have a omni a small beam would be much more effective than a more expensive/bigger antenna .
for a very tight budget the workman 58 for less than $80 shipped is a decent antenna .

and the Hy-Gain SPT-500 Super Penetrator for $170ish shipped should be stronger physically .

don't know if i would trust a vector 4000 in the storms/hurricanes we get here sometimes . if i had more confidence in it's physical strength it would be my first choice .

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
