So I am looking for a Frequency meter for my President Washington 40ch AM/SSB. Most of what I find on the internet say they are designed for the Galaxy radios, midlands, etc. I haven't found any meter for the Prez Washington.

Best frequency meter for Uniden Prez Washington?

Is it a decent meter? Probably as good as any other in about the same price range. Not a good way of saying it, but fairly 'close'. If there's a large'ish difference in price I think I'd want to know why. Accuracy with any 'external' frequency counter isn't going to be all that absolutly accurate, just too many variables to contend with. If it's a six 'digit' type meter, I would expect accuracy to the 5th 'digit', which is probably about 'normal'. That's like saying that being "ball-park" accurate only depends on the size of the 'ball-park'. If it's a 1/2 mile to the center field wall, I wouldn't expect too many home runs hit over that wall, you know?
