Best Mobile Antenna?

For a Big Coil antenna try a Predator 10K, a Mr. Coily, Monkey Made, or a 55.

For a Fiberglass stick try a Titan, Van Ordt, k40 Plus Fibergass or a Victory Quad Wound.

For an Enclosed Trucker type try a Wilson 5000, a K40 Plus or a K40 Trucker Antenna.

If you have a tall Condo the top loaded antennas might be a better choice.

In my experience, the tops of tall sleepers are fiberglass. RF transparent.

A friend uses a a dual coil 10k on a longnose freightliner and is more than happy. They make some nice mounts also!

3 coil sections seems like a lot of potiental for loss . are they trying to wrap a 1/2 wave or 5/8 onto a 3-4 foot fiberglass stick ? i dont know...just asking....quack quack .

hoestly..never used one.looks interesting though.
if ya have bad grounds on your big truck that may work well.ive seen
times when couldnt get a wilson 5k any lower than a 2.0 on all channels
which is bad ground.so tried a fanceis worked fine 1.2-1.3.this was on
a truck with a tall sleeper and i believe fiberglass doors.if your truck isnt fiberglass
doors a wilson 2k/5k trucker tune great.also predator10k.
