Can anyone tell me if there is an adjustment for the transmit frequency in a browning saber mobile radio?
Thanks.

That did the trick! Thank you so much. Now, what about getting the Delta tune centered. The receiver seems to be off a little bit. It may have changed a little bit by getting the transmit right on frequency but the Delta tune still have to be pretty much all the way clockwise to receive people clearly

Probably not LOL . But, the Delta tune is not changing my transmit frequency. What should I do? With the Delta tune at center right now it is still right on transmit frequency. But, like I said with the Delta tune centered, people are still being received off frequency.

Got delta tune centered. There’s a separate adjustment for receive. This is a great radio.
Adjustable receive tone, adjustable automatic noise limiter and Beautiful receive. I’ve been looking for one of these for a long time but all I’ve seen is beat up ones. This one is near mint and scored it off of flea bay for 50 bucks. Awesome transmit as well, it also sounds tubey.

Hey everyone I’m new here and new to the CB world I picked up a Browning Saber radio and I’m trying to find a manual for it. Hoping someone on here has one.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
