Have I used one? No, haven't had any need of one. I do know they work though. Their only benefit is that they are portable. I'm not too sure it would be convenient enough for me to use considering it's price. It ain't easy being this cheap you know.

Would you consider a really good antenna
Such as one by force 12
Force 12, Inc. Amateur and Commercial Antennas and Towers
Typically these are used on ham bands
However they make one just for 11 meters
Not very big at all
Work really good
