Can I use WiFi Antenna in to my UHF Walkie Talkie?
Dear All, I'm new is radio and hope to get some answer from expert here. I have an 6dBi antenna which existing using in my dlink wireless router. Can use in my UHF walkie talkie? Please advice. Thanks
Can you hear that WiFi signal on your UHF walkie talkie? That's your answer. Not knowing what frequency your router uses, or what band your walkie talkie is made for, I would think it's a very safe bet to say, no, you can't do that.

Most 802.11 routers started out using the 2.4Ghz spectrum. They can be a lot higher than that, but that's a pretty common frequency range. So is your UHF radio using 2.4Ghz? I kinda doubt it...
Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
