I drive a Honda Ridgeline w/Larsen magnet mount HF antenna on the roof and have used both a Cobra 25NWSTWX or a Uniden PC68XL CB. In addition I use a TomTom One XL GPS.

The CB is connected directly to the battery for power. The GPS is connected to a cig lighter outlet.

My problem is when the GPS power plug is inserted (GPS on or off), I lose virtually all my receive signal.

Thoughts?
