We have another member that is from the UK, But I can not remember their name. I think he call's himself, the EasterBunnyonline or something like that.

May I ask one more question? Are you a female? If so, you are our second female member, the other being webbsjewel.

Welcome to the forum.

I was stationed in Oxford then later married in Cornwall. I used CB channels on both sides of the Atlantic. When I was back in Washington DC I had an 8 element quad and keyed up 750 watts on FM 27.78125, that is UK channel 19, needless to say when the band was open I had the whole country yelling at me.

Whenever I go back I try to put a couple of 2510’s or 2950’s in my luggage.

Hiya b4byblue74 nice to meet ya! I think Charger383 may have been thinkin' of me. I'm from the Uk and been a member here since last October. So don't feel too alone there's still a few of us around.

Well I'm around the Kent/London border and it's fairly quiet these days apart from the UK legals where there's still a few peeps around. I still enjoy some good rachets and a bit of DXing but it's not like it used to be. Still we've got the forums now and chatrooms so it's not all gloom, miss me old Cobra though wish i'd kept it.

Well I can't really say that I'm from the UK, but I was born there (louth on the eastern coast and aunt and uncle in Dewsberry (spelling?) Yorkshire. Been stateside for a long long time.

British by birth

Texan by accident

Redneck by choice.
