my cd player messes up my cb and so does my ingnition of my ford will a filter on the positive wire help ?

Does the problem go away when you disconnect the antenna? If it does, then the power wire filter choke probably won't do any good. If the noise remains when the antenna is disconnected, then I'd try the filter. Might work.
