circuit torn

I'm not really sure of what you're saying. If you mean the circuit traces, the copper foil strips, came loose from the circuit board, then you have a couple of alternatives. Just depends on how badly those traces are 'torn'. If you can delicately make the traces lay flat, solder them together, you can then just sort of 'glue' them back to the circuit board. Fingernail polish works. If they can't be soldered back, then use some small wire as a substitute for those traces. Make good solder connections where the trace starts to lift from the board and follow it's path to where ever it goes (and is still lifted from the board). If the 'tear' or break is small, a drop of solder between the two lifted ends works sometimes.
If that's not what you were saying, needless to say I have no idea how to repair it. Good luck.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
