Clarification on biasing, and SSB delay

Between an AB & B biased transistor amp, would the AB transistor amp be a better (cleaner) choice? And as far as SSB delay; a class C amp w/SSB delay has no transistor biasing; correct?

Sideband delay has nothing at all to do with how the circuit is biased. Apples and leopards. Properly designed/driven/operated, AB will be somewhat cleaner than B.
